The M1 Power Amp was designed to match a CLiC and is exactly the same size. It delivers a comfortable 60 wpc per channel into 8 ohms which virtually doubles into 4 ohms. The distortion is a low 0.05%. Phase integrity, frequency response, noise ratio and stereo separation are all excellent. The M1 Power Amp is a great technical performer. Like all other Musical Fidelity amplifiers it will drive a huge range of loads with ease. However, the M1 Power Amp has a vitally important feature….at the push of a button it becomes a 100 watt monobloc (200 watt transient peak capacity into 4 ohms). A real powerhouse.
